Seaside Sands Inn Policies


Below are our General Policies. Prom guests should also read our Prom Policies.


All website pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Seven percent (7%) New Jersey sales tax and five percent (5%) New Jersey occupancy tax will be added to all rates. Rates are based on four (4) people per room unless said otherwise. Children under 12 stay for free. Summer Specials exclude holidays and weekends. No pets allowed.


Check in time for all guests is 2:00 PM. Check out time for Non-Prom guests is 10:00 AM and for Prom guests is 11:00 AM. Late checkout for all guests is based on availability.


Reservations & Deposit Policy

All online reservations are required to be paid in full.


For all other reservations 50% deposit is required. A deposit guarantees that we would hold the room requested and that you would take the entire period booked. Reservations may not be shortened after arrival. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.


A five dollar ($5.00) Key Deposit and a one hundred dollar ($100.00) Room Deposit are required upon Check In.


Payment

Payment Seaside Sands Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Balance is due on arrival date upon check in. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL.


Cancellations

ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE PRIOR TO 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL DATE ARE SUBJECT TO 30% CANCELLATION FEES OF TOTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. ANY RESERVATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE AND WERE TO BE CANCELLED WILL LOSE THE ENTIRE 100% OF STAY FOR GUARANTEEING THE ROOM.

This property is privately owned, and the Owner/Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be held responsible for injury/accident, loss of money, jewelry or guests personal possessions or for any occurrence that is beyond the control of owner/management. The motel units and property are for the use of registered guests only. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Departure or cancellation of reservations before the agreed date would result in lost revenue to us with little opportunity to recover the loss. For this reason, the customer is responsible for the entire balance of reservation amount upon arrival. Your entire deposit will be forfeited if your reservation is canceled. IT IS UNDERSTOOD, THAT THE SEASIDE SANDS INN CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER, CHANGES IN TRAVEL PLANS, PERSONAL SICKNESS OR INJURY, ETC…Credit card numbers given for reservation deposits will be treated same as cash. A reservation constitutes at two-way contract between the Seaside Sands Inn and you.


Due to limited space, only one car per room is allowed. Cars must be removed at time of Check Out. Park at you own risk. Parking permit must be displayed clearly on rearview mirror showing room number through the windshield.

PROM POLICES/RULES ~ RULES FOR RESERVATIONS

At least one individual in each room must be 18 years of age or older – this person will sign registration form. Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly forbidden to possess or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises (NJ State Law 20:33:15). In the event an occupant of any room is 21 years of age or older, that individual must agree not to possess alcohol in rooms occupied by minors. Only registered guests are allowed in rooms or anywhere on the property. Visiting is not permitted.


Security deposit is held until departure to safeguard against damage to rooms. It will be refunded upon departure after inspection of room. In the event that there is damage to any room, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The occupants agree to reimburse the SEASIDE SANDS INN for the full cost of damage. Be aware that the full cost of any damage may include full replacement of a damaged item, whether or not it can be repaired, should management deem that the item no longer meets their cosmetic standards for motel use. We require minimum of $100 security deposit.


One vehicle is allowed per room. Permit is required to be displayed at all times when in the lot. All unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.


Violation of these rules can result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, including security deposit.


Cancellation

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR RESERVATIONS MADE ONLINE.
